Sunday, October 01, 2006 Digital cameras are already out in the market for almost a decade now. We use it due to its simple feature that can deliver pictures like a pro. But if we want to know the details of how cameras work here are the things you should know. Consider cameras just like a personal computer. Cameras has their memory, some digital camera do not provide a memory card instead a built in fixed memory. You will need a cord to attach it to the computer. If you are a person who is always on the go, trying buying a camera that has a memory card. In this kind of feature, you can change the memory card range into what you ultimately needed or right for your budget. You can just carry the memory card to the nearest photo shop without even having the camera with you. What is best with digital camera is that you can always delete the ones you don't like and save the other. However it depends on the memory of the camera or the memory card inside your camera. There is feature in it that is what we call megapixel. It is a kind of snapshot that can be saved in your camera. The quality of the pictures you take depends on your pixel. For example, if your camera has only 2-3 megapixels, then it is un-editable and distant subjects are seem to be blurred. It cannot perform very well during night vision although it fits well on a large memory. This means you can store a lot of pictures of a 2-3 megapixels in a very large memory card. If you want to edit the picture from the 2-3 megapixels, the tendency is the quality is lesser. If you enlarge the picture some parts of the pictures will seem blurred. You cannot zoom it and expect the same amount of quality from the original picture. If your camera has a 4-5 megapixel, the pictures that will be saved in your memory card is lesser depending on the capability of the memory card. But the good news is, it can be edited, enlarged and expect a very quality of picture. You can zoom in and out the pictures during editing without noticing a very large difference. Distant objects are also clear for zooming in. If your camera ha a 6-8 megapixel, expect that the picture quality is like a pro. It can be used during daytime and night time having the quality you always wanted. Editing is a lot simpler since the picture whether zooming in and out is still excellent. What is best for this kind of megapixel is also a very high memory card. One picture may eat up a lot of memory and producing less picture but high quality. Of course, buying a very large megapixel also is expensive. Try choosing a megapixel level that you needed most. If you just want to use plain and simple pictures go to the lesser megapixel. If you are trying to do editing with the pictures a most convenient and also cheaper than 6-8 megapixels is the 4-5 megapixel. Some cameras come in different sizes and style. We get curious on the little sized cameras making it a little bit fragile. Buying a camera should also depend on your personality. If you are person who seem to forgetting easily where you place things, prefer using the medium sized or traditional sized cameras. Small cameras seem like small that cellphones can be easily misplaced or slip around our own pockets. They are fragile and susceptible to breakage when dropped. What seem to be disappointing about cameras is that they easily drain the batteries. To avoid this, use rechargeable batteries and high duration power. Avoid opening the LCD if not needed since it one of the causes why camera battery easily drains power. There are also cameras nowadays that can be easily attached to the inkjet printer. This is the most convenient type of all since you don't need a computer monitor or a Photoshop to print the picture. It even can save you a lot of time and money. So before buying the digital camera, always check your own list of needs. Cameras are determined in primary by megapixel level, memory both detachable and fixed, shape and other added features. 12:11 AM Comments: Post a Comment << Home |
